Amazing structure on top of a mountain The experience is worthy of the exhausting walk to the top from Axiray. Better take a taxi to the top

This is the tomb of Sultan Mohamed the Conqueror (محمد الفاتح), called also: “Fatih”, who conquered the city of Constantinople in 1453, and renamed it: İstanbul. The tomb of his wife: Gulbahar Hanim is very close by few meter, the mother of his son: Sultan Beyazit the second. The tomb is located outside the “Fatih Mosque” that he built after conquering the city.
